Excavation Equipment You Need on the Job

Our Excavation Equipment

At Watsons Excavations, we have a range of excavation equipment that enables us to offer varied excavation services to clients across multiple industries on the Sunshine Coast.

Each excavation machine we operate is used in a different way to achieve the best results in all excavations.

Bobcat Hire

A bobcat is a small excavator that's easy to transport and manoeuvre around smaller spaces.

Bobcats fit onto a small trailer and are the perfect machine for situations where heavy excavations aren't needed.

Excavation Hire

Versatile and multi-purpose, our excavators can dig up dirt and mulch from construction sites and other locations across the Sunshine Coast with ease. To discuss our range of excavators, call us today.

Tip Truck Hire

Tip trucks are the perfect piece of equipment in situations where dirt needs to be moved from one location to another.

They're designed to carry heavy loads in a bin that lifts high at one side to unload the contents of the bin into the desired location. Tip trucks are useful for carrying dirt and other debris away from excavation sites.

Tilt Bucket

A tilt bucket is an excavator attachment that offers a 45-degree tilt in both directions for perfect manoeuvrability. This can make it easy to excavate large volumes of earth without having to constantly reposition the excavator, as well as reducing the risk of the machine toppling by allowing excavators to be positioned in a safer way.

Rock Breaker

Used in the manipulation and movement of large rocks, rock breakers do what they say on the tin. They can be used to reduce large rocks into smaller rocks, and are a necessary piece of equipment on sites where large rocks need to be broken down and moved to make way for construction.

Rock breakers can be used to break down rocks before excavating or relocating them using other machines.

Spreader Bar

A spreader bar is a lifting device that is used to aid crane operation, especially when a load that needs to be lifted is particularly heavy. A spreader bar helps to distribute the weight of a load more evenly across the vehicle, which increases the stability of the machine.

Spreader bars are a necessary accessory during excavations when large loads are due to be moved.
